If payment has been made and you wish to cancel or return a standard off the shelf product that has been unused then an Admin or Restocking fee may apply of up to 20% invoice value excl GST, with a minimum fee of $45.00 plus freight and delivery costs if applicable. We are unable to refund products that have been used. Custom or to order products are non-refundable once production has been scheduled.
