Ultimate Building Supplies takes your CAD designs and makes them a reality out of high quality mixed core plywood. Choose from a variety of stocked material and have our staff take your designs from CAD to CAM and produce workable cut panels. For those situations where only a particular design will work and you have already figured it out and digitised it through to just needing a few peaces perfectly cut to size we have you covered.

01. Plywood Material Selection
MELAMINE PLYWOOD – Take your pick from one of our many melamine ply options for your project. Stocked Melamine Plywood Colours are Lights Wood Grain, Dark Wood Grain, White, Light Gray and Dark Gray.
BIRCH PLYWOOD – Raw or UV clear finished birch veneer ply is available for your cutting projects from our stock if real wood look is what you are after. Both Products are A grade front and back of panel and the raw birch is ideal for staining with its light and even finish.
02. Send your Design
3D SOFTWARE DESIGNS – If you have your 3D designs ready for nesting and cutting feel free to send them to us and we will nest and cut to the drawing specifications.
HAVE THE NESTED DXF – If you already have DXF files of your components nested to 2400×1200 sheets feel free to attach them bellow and we will get back with a quote quickly. Loose DXFs or SVG/PDF files are OK too.
03. Quote and Payment
QUOTE ACCEPTANCE – Once you are happy with quote information, feedback and pricing and confident that what we have presented you meets your job requirements you can accept the quote and proceed to payment for the job.
JOB PAYMENT – As there is no way to uncut plywood full payment is required before processing the cutting stage of your job.
04. CNC Cutting Services
CNC CUTTING SERVICES – Cutting of your choice ply sheets to your specifications on one of our high precision flat bed CNC processing centers.
QC AND VERIFICATION –Verification of sizes to project specifications is performed by Ultimate Building Supplies staff and items are packed for delivery, pickup or freight per requirements.
05. Pickup or Delivery
After 1-5 working days dependent on the complexity of the job and our agreed schedule your cut material will be ready for delivery or pickup from our branch at 15 Woodson Place, Wairau Valley.
ETA will be stated on your invoice and you will be notified when your job is completed via email or SMS.
